THE LASH LAYNE POLICIES • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the original service price. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and subject to the applicable fee. • Clients who fail to arrive or respond within 30 minutes of their appointment will be considered a No Call / No Show and charged 100% of the scheduled service. • All outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments. • Please arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup. • Complimentary fixes are available only if excessive shedding is reported within 48 hours of your appointment. • A minimum of 35–45% lash retention is required to qualify for a fill. Anything less will be considered a full set. • Foreign fills are by approval only and require an in-person evaluation. Booking a foreign fill does not guarantee your lashes qualify for a fill. Approved foreign fills are subject to a $20 fee. • Weekly fills must be approved prior to booking. • No refunds on services or retail products. • Cash is preferred, but all major payment methods are accepted. • The Lash Layne reserves the right to refuse service if existing lash work is unsafe, improperly applied, or cannot be filled without compromising the health of your natural lashes. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
